By accessing or using the Knotiq website, Pulse application, publications, or other Knotiq products and services (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Subject to these Terms, Knotiq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, lawful purposes.

You may not: reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law; interfere with operation or security; use the Services for unlawful purposes; copy or redistribute content without permission; attempt unauthorized access to Knotiq systems.

Pulse provides informational workout guidance only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying an exercise program.

Weather information is obtained from third-party providers. Forecasts and conditions may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Weather information is provided for convenience only. You remain responsible for evaluating conditions and exercising appropriate judgment during outdoor activities.

All software, source code, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, publications, designs, and other content are owned by Knotiq or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Knotiq a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without obligation or compensation.

The Services may integrate with Apple services, weather providers, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third parties. Their products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Knotiq may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knotiq disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knotiq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or punitive damages. Knotiq's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service during the twelve months preceding the claim, or US$100 if no payment was made, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knotiq, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Knotiq may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the Services or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless prohibited by law, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Knotiq regarding the Services.

Knotiq may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
